VV Tians Employee Forum

At VVTi, you will join a group of enthusiastic, energy-packed people who want to network and come together to do things outside of work. ‘Vvians’ is a Forum of the employees, for the employees and by the employees. Vvians is extremely active in the company and organizes activities varying in nature – from cultural and sports, to adventure, and social service. These include:

  • Sports competitions in cricket, football, table tennis, Carroms, badminton, kabadi, volleyball.
  • Practice sessions and participation in the best Corporate tournaments.
  • Special Interest Groups – biking, painting.
  • Social service activities, where employees make a difference to people’s lives.
  • Cultural events/competitions/ trainings in exciting talent related areas like laughter challenge, mad-ads, dumb-charades, singing, dancing.
  • Playing musical instruments, quizzes, game shows etc.
  • Regular get-togethers, movies, and other social activities.
  • Talent hunts and participation in intra & intercompany events.

My Opinion matters

We believe that open, honest feedback is very important in fostering a participative culture. That’s why we conduct an All Staff Survey every year to understand your feelings about the company, your career, and your overall experience. This survey is what determines the strategy of the company. The All Staff Survey focuses on collecting feedback on areas such staff satisfaction, service improvement and business growth. Every year, based on the results of this survey, a strategic agenda is created where the parameters for improvement are defined. Each parameter has a number of key areas where results are targeted, and programs driving these results are implemented.

Suggestion Scheme

  • Suggestion Scheme is implemented to Foster " Total Employee Involvement " by encouraging participation from all employees towards continuous.
  • Improvement in their work areas.
  • Evolve an organized channel through which ideas leading to improvements in work place and products can be given & implemented.
  • Recognize employees with creative ideas, and motivate them to contribute for the growth and prosperity of the organization.
  • Cultural events/competitions/ trainings in exciting talent related areas like laughter challenge, mad-ads, dumb-charades, singing, dancing.
  • Promote Teamwork, Ownership and Accountability at all levels.
